ABOUT THE INVITE
 
- The minimum order for personalised invites is 20.
 
- Printed on one side.
 
- Wedding Invitations are A6 size (10.5cm x 14.8cm) when closed.
 
- Brown Kraft Envelopes included (1 per invitation).
 
- All our invites can be used as day or evening invites. We don’t list them as separate products. The wording can be amended at draft stage.
 
- Samples are not personalised.
 
- Available to purchase with twine & personalised tags included OR without.
 
- You choose the number of pages needed per invite. E.g. if you needed a front page, a guest information page and an RSVP page this would be classed as 3 pages.
 
- Your invitations will arrive unassembled. However, all twine will be precut to length and all invitations scored so they can be easily folded and tied together (if purchased).
 
- Additional pages can be added on afterwards if you discover you need more space than you originally thought.
 
 
PERSONALISATION 
Place an order from this listing, you will then be sent personalisation instructions.
Once we have your invite information, we will be in touch with a draft date.
All invites include UNLIMITED DRAFTS. This means you will be sent a digital copy of your invite and can request as many changes as you need.
Nothing will be sent to print until you have signed everything off.
The text on the pages can be adapted. Therefore, if you require different page titles or headings then that is fine.
 
DISPATCH & SHIPPING TIMESCALES
- Samples are dispatched within 1-2 working days.
- Drafts  -  within 5 working days of personalised information being sent across.
- Changes - within 5 working days of every request.
- Dispatch -  5-8 working days from sign off.
- Delivery - approx 1-3 working days depending on the shipping method chosen on checkout.
 
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We are unable to accept returns for personalised items, in accordance with Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for personalised items. It is the responsibility of the customer to proof read their own drafts for errors. Once a draft is signed off it cannot be changed.
 
MATCHING WEDDING STATIONERY
All our invitations come with a selection of matching wedding stationery. E.g. table plans, food menus, place name cards, wedding signage and much more!
