ABOUT THE ORDER OF SERVICE
- Booklets are size A5 (14.8cm x 21cm) when folded.
- Front covers are available in rustic brown card or white card.
- Booklets come assembled and are stapled together.
- Price includes personalisation of the front cover as pictured and formatting of the text on the inside pages.
- The booklets come with unlimited electronic drafts, so you are able to approve a draft before they are printed.
- MINIMUM ORDER 10 BOOKLETS
- Personalised booklet with printed front cover and 1 x insert (4 pages)
- Personalised booklet with printed front cover and 2 x inserts (8 pages)
* If you are unsure how many pages you need then choose the 4 page option and you can add on the extra pages at the draft stage if needed. Additional inserts cost £0.50 each.
DESIGN YOUR OWN ORDER OF SERIVCE

- Choose your design and personalise to fit your requirements
- Confirm your design – this will then be sent to us and you can no longer edit your design
- Place your order and leave us your email
- We will then locate your design, print and dispatch (and update you with dispatch times)
- Design your order of service for free before committing to a purchase
- Add your own personal touch by designing your own stationery
- No need to wait for us to complete your proof/changes
- View your order of service on screen before you approve them for print
Your design is created, proofed and approved by you, using our online editor.
Please check carefully to ensure all the details are completely accurate - this includes spelling, punctuation, dates and the layout. The design that you confirm will be the design that is printed.
If there is an error with the approved proof, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund, return or free reprint. If you do have any issues, we'll be happy to work with you to resolve the issue as effectively and efficiently as possible. This includes issues using the online editor.
PERSONALISATION USING OUR DESIGN TEAM

Please send us an email to email@example.com after the order has been placed with the following details:
- Full names
- Wedding venue
- Wedding date
- Wording to go inside the booklet (this needs to be complete as it will be copied and pasted into a template)
DISPATCH AND SHIPPING TIMESCALES
- Drafts & Changes - within 5 working days (when using our design team)
- Dispatch - 5-8 working days from sign off.
- Delivery - approx 1-3 working days depending on the shipping method chosen on checkout.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We are unable to accept returns for personalised items, in accordance with Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for personalised items. It is the responsibility of the customer to proof read their own drafts for errors. Once a draft is signed off it cannot be changed.
MATCHING WEDDING STATIONERY
All our table plans come with a selection of matching wedding stationery. E.g. table plans, food menus, place name cards, wedding signage and much more!
